I’m Erica, and I’ve been where you are — living in your hyper-masculine grind, hustle culture, fried nervous system, carrying around internal wounds you’re not sure how to shift, people pleasing issues, and a constant battle with knowing your own worth.

I was disconnected from my body, my intuition, and honestly, from myself. On the outside I looked like I was doing it all, but inside I was burnt out, questioning everything, and wondering if there was ever going to be more than survival. Heavily out of alignment. Living for others to please them.

Then life cracked me open: I left a marriage. A cancer diagnosis. The spiritual awakening I didn’t see coming. but incredibly thankful it did. And through it all — I found a different way.

I learned how to manifest abundance, soothe and rewire my nervous system naturally, how to heal the little girl within while staying fully empowered, and how to actually dance with life instead of fighting against it.

Once I found what truly works, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. A passion of mine organically turned into a healing business.

Too many women are still stuck in burnout, still doubting their worth — disconnected from their bodies and intuition. My passion, and purpose, is helping you come back to your roots. To your divinity. By using a blend of science and spirituality.

What sets me apart isn’t what I do. it’s what I’ve experienced & done to get here.

There are thousands of healers & coaches out there — But very few have actually faced what they teach you to free yourself from.

I used to think I didn’t need to heal. I was fine. Strong. Independent. Unbothered.

But “fine” was really just survival mode wearing lip gloss. Once I stopped running from the pain and actually faced it — the past, the heartbreak, disappointments, the patterns — everything changed.

My body started to heal. My nervous system exhaled for the first time in years.

And what no one tells you is that when you heal… you rise.

Your vibration shifts. You become magnetic. The more I released, the more life began to meet me with ease — money, opportunities, friendships that felt like home, love that actually felt safe. Abundance wasn’t something I chased anymore; it started chasing me.

Somewhere between leaving a ten-year corporate career, healing from cancer, leaving a marriage, and walking through my own shadows, I discovered what real alignment feels like.

I studied the Law of Attraction — not just the Pinterest version, but the energy behind it. The embodiment. The frequency. How healing your energy heals your entire reality.

I’ve been called a “Master Manifestor” by psychic mediums and astrologers — and honestly? I’ve seen the proof. I’ve manifested healing, travel, opportunities, money, purpose, aligned relationships, and more abundance than I could have ever imagined. But none of it came from pretending I was okay. It came from doing the work, feeling it all, and letting it transform me.

Now, I’m here — not just to tell you it’s possible, but to show you how. Because this isn’t about being perfect or spiritual all the time.

It’s about becoming self-aware, rewriting your energy, and realizing that everything you’re chasing already lives within you — waiting for you to remember.

MY JOURNEY TIMELINE

From FEAR & SELF-DOUBT TO: SELF-LOVE & SOUL-ALIGNED HEALING

Experienced my first spiritual awakening. Married — then left that relationship months later after realizing I was out of alignment, and moved out. Not even two months later, I a dream of a woman urging me to go to the doctor.

2022

Diagnosed with Stage 1A cancer and had surgery. Became officially divorced and cancer free in the same month. Dove into traveling, shadow work, hypnotherapy, theta healing, energy healing, and learning to unconditionally love myself. Started my business at two medical spas doing Reiki and perfecting my craft.

2023

Still working full-time at my corporate job while juggling my new business at two locations, while trying to continue my healing journey and travel. I became attuned and certified as a Usui Reiki Master.

2024

Expanded my healing practice and started to realize (more like remember) I had psychic medium abilities — began adding those into my sessions with immense gratitude from clients. My wonderful grandma sadly left this Earth. A few months later, I left my corporate job of 10-years to go full-time in this business, while juggling a move & maintaining my growth.

LIL Fun facts about me

  • I absolutely love to travel. Getting out of your comfort zone, seeing different cultures and languages — is so inspiring and so beautiful.

  • Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a pure relationship to all animals. An immense desire to unconditionally love them and fiercely protect them. This goes for nature. The land.

    I currently have an adorable golden named Loki. I’ve had bunnies, cats, and dogs — oh and a newt. My DREAM is to have a horse.

  • I feel very connected to my heritage and dad’s Latin side.

    This is a valid excuse to blame my fiery personality on my ethnicity, right?!

    Oh and, Latin music is my favorite.
