I’m so glad you’re here.

For years, I was completely detached from my body, heart, and intuition. I lived in my head, honored only what felt logical, and unknowingly rejected the feminine parts of myself. Vulnerability. Softness. Feeling. The very things I craved most.

My nervous system was fried, and I didn’t even realize it. I was carrying wounds I didn’t know existed, people pleasing, questioning my worth, and completely out of alignment. From the outside, I looked like I was doing it all. Inside, I was burnt out and wondering if life was ever going to feel like more than survival.

Then life cracked me open. I left a marriage. A dream told me to go to the doctor, which led to a cancer diagnosis. And somewhere in the middle of it all came a spiritual awakening I never saw coming.

I dove into my psyche. My body. My heart. My soul. I literally Googled, “how to heal my heart naturally.”

My intuition led me to: Reiki energy healing, shadow work, neuroscience, inner child healing, manifestation, and the subconscious mind.

The more layers I peeled back, the more of myself I found. My spiritual gifts returned. My intuition got louder. The more I saw the little girl within me, the more I saw myself.

Surgery removed the cancer. Reiki became a deeply meaningful part of my healing journey afterward, alongside the inner and spiritual work that was changing my life.

I began calling in more. More abundance. Aligned friendships. Emotionally available relationships. A life that actually felt like mine.

What started as a passion organically became a business. Then I realized it was something deeper. A calling. I see clearly now. It’s my mission in this lifetime to hold space and guide others back to themselves.
